As your travel agency, here are some of the travel services I provide:

Fee Schedule

Excluding Air-only, my agency has non-refundable trip design and planning fees starting at of $300. This covers our proven planning process, concierge services, and comprehensive support as you travel. Under certain circumstances (i.e. promos, customer loyalty rewards, etc.) we may waive the fee. All fees are non-refundable and DO NOT apply to the cost of your trip. All credit card purchases are subject to credit card processor fees.

Help you navigate the post-pandemic travel landscape
Contact you regularly to discuss your travel needs in detail.
Consult with you and your party regarding your chosen destination’s safety, attractions, and recommendations.
Research quality travel options that fit your needs, providing reliable information on options for your trip.
Provide you with a customized itinerary to make your trip unforgettable.
Negotiate with multiple vendors to ensure you get the best value for your travel investment.
Coordinate round-trip transfers from the airport to your destination and your tours, excursions, and other activities.
Coordinate and/or facilitate events for group celebrations.
Submit any special requests you may have, such as bed type, handicap-accessible transportation, vegetarian/vegan meals, and event decor.
Advise you and your group on travel insurance benefits to protect your travel investment.
Create a custom payment plan and provide payment reminders to help you and your group stay on track.
Support you while you are traveling
Offer Travel Financing options allowing you to pay for your trip over 24 months.

Discuss your and your group’s needs and suggest a suitable travel package.
Facilitate guest payments.
Provide a group flyer.
Provide a group travel webpage to help you promote your trip.

Trip Design Services

Adult Travelers $300 per trip (Up to 2 people)
Families: Up to 5 people living in the same household (Two (2) adults, three (3) children 17 and under): $500 *
Group Trip Management & Set-up: $800
Multi-Destination: $550 per trip (2 people) and up
More than one destination: Starting at an additional $250 per trip.
Cancellation Fee: $75
Change Fee: $75 each

* For Families: Additional Children $75 PP, Additional Adults: $100 PP (living in the same household)

Other Services

Complex destination travel research: $150 per destination
Concierge services, such as restaurant or dining reservations, theater tickets, local tours or shore excursions, suggestions for self-guided activities during your leisure time, scheduling of special events, and other Concierge service rates begin at $75 per occurrence.
Destination Weddings: Start at $1500
International Air Only: $200 (up to 2 people)
Individual Trip Assist Service (30 min call): $99

Travel Protection

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment from potential losses. Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation: last-minute changes, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, etc. Travel protection will be offered to each guest.
